Tried out the product and then wanted to cancel. I called to cancel and got a cancelation email. They sent out another product before I cancelled so I sent it back and then I look on my account today and they charged me yet again. They owe me near $100 and they just keep billing me. Going to call today and then call my bank and stop them from processING the transaction.

I placed an order Saturday 6/212014. Something told me to call and check on my order..I call Monday and to my surprise no record of my order, they could not even determine that I placed an order. .the only response call back later to see if our system has updated . What kind of company does not create a system to document calls and create profiles. They had no problem taking my credit card information.
